AI assistants through MCP

In-app assistants, external assistants and partners use the same Gym Master tools. Each user signs in and grants their own access.

Assistant scopes

gym:read · crm:read: read gym or customer data within the user’s permissions.
gym:export · crm:export: propose a report or list export and return an in-app confirmation link.
gym:write · crm:write: run a preview and create a proposal; the assistant cannot execute it.

Effective access is the intersection of OAuth scopes and actual user permissions. A user with view_own only sees their own records. An AI package does not give staff additional permissions.

Confirm in Gym Master

Write tools return dryRun=true, executed=false and a confirmation link. Sign in with the same account and workspace. Review the saved proposal and select Confirm. Proposals expire in 15 minutes and can be consumed once. Opening a link executes nothing.

Reads and exports require AI Read or AI Do; write proposals require AI Do. Consent and package access are checked both at tool invocation and at confirmation.

Creating receipts, renewing contracts, collecting debts and paying commissions are unavailable.

Tools

Call gym_tool_catalog or crm_tool_catalog for current schemas. Call each tool with {args:{...}} according to its schema. Includes NET revenue, error explanations, named report exports, sales, retention and commission queries.

Troubleshooting

401: sign in again. insufficient_scope: grant the required scope; actual user permissions must still allow it. ai.package_missing: the workspace lacks AI Read/AI Do or consent expired. Confirmation is blocked if the package is withdrawn after a proposal was created.
